If you also want hands-on help opening a business bank account, the Premium package adds full bank application support. The Standard package includes everything in the Basic package, plus the documents third parties most often ask for: the registry-issued original Certificate of Incorporation, Certificate of Incumbency, and Certificate of Good Standing, notarized and apostilled. Every package includes a total of US$825 in government fees: the incorporation government fee together with the government fees for filing the Register of Directors, Register of Members, and Register of Beneficial Owners with the BVI authorities. In the Standard and Premium packages, the government fees for the additional certificates they include—such as the registry-issued original Certificate of Incorporation and the Certificate of Good Standing—are covered as well. There is nothing extra to pay to the government for your incorporation.

Yes. Every package includes the government fees for companies with up to 50,000 authorized shares. If your company is authorized to issue more than 50,000 shares, the government charges a higher fee, so we add US$800 to any package. Most companies are comfortably set up within the 50,000-share tier, so the standard package price applies.

Our renewal packages start at US$1,499 per year for Basic, with Standard (US$1,999) adding the certificates banks frequently request and Premium (US$2,749) adding notarization and apostille.
