and What Each Package Includes

The Basic package ($1,499) includes everything you need to legally incorporate a British Virgin Islands company: government registration fees, preparation of incorporation documents, registered agent and registered office for the first year, statutory registers prepared and filed with the Registry, worldwide delivery of your corporate kit, and free account opening assistance with Airwallex. The Standard package ($2,499) includes everything in Basic, plus a company seal, the registry-issued original Certificate of Incorporation, Certificate of Incumbency, Certificate of Good Standing, notarization with apostille on a set of up to 5 corporate documents, and faster processing. The Premium package ($2,999) includes everything in Standard, plus full bank account application support with unlimited applications to both digital providers and traditional banks.

If you have no special requirements and are not planning to have your BVI company recognised elsewhere—such as opening bank accounts or registering with other platforms—the Basic package makes the most sense, since it includes all the essentials to legally incorporate a company in the British Virgin Islands. If you want a hassle-free package that already includes the documents and certifications banks and platforms most frequently request—Certificate of Incumbency, Certificate of Good Standing, and apostille—we recommend the Standard package. If you also want hands-on help opening a business bank account, the Premium package adds full bank application support.

The Standard package includes everything in the Basic package, plus the documents third parties most often ask for: the registry-issued original Certificate of Incorporation, Certificate of Incumbency, and Certificate of Good Standing, notarized and apostilled. The importance of this becomes evident when you open a bank account for your BVI company or register with other platforms—they usually require these documents, and often need them certified. By opting for Standard, you receive all of these at a more economical price than requesting them individually after incorporation.

The Enterprise package suits businesses requiring sophisticated arrangements beyond standard incorporation. This includes complex corporate structuring with multi-layered ownership, nominee director or shareholder services for enhanced privacy, customized Memorandum and Articles addressing unique governance needs, expedited priority processing for urgent timelines, and multi-jurisdictional coordination when establishing entities across several countries simultaneously. Every package includes US$875 in government fees paid to the BVI Registry: the incorporation fee together with the fees for filing the Register of Directors, Register of Members, and Register of Beneficial Owners. The rest of the package price is our service fee. In the Standard and Premium packages, the government fees for the additional certificates they include—such as the registry-issued original Certificate of Incorporation and the Certificate of Good Standing—are covered as well. There is nothing extra to pay to the government for your incorporation.

Yes. Every package includes the government fee involved (US$875) for companies with up to 50,000 authorized shares. If your company is authorized to issue more than 50,000 shares, the government charges a higher fee, so we add US$800 to any package. Most companies are comfortably set up within the 50,000-share tier, so the standard package price applies.

No. The package price is the full cost of your first year: the government fee, the incorporation documents, due diligence, and the registered agent and registered office. The only extras are ones you choose, such as add-ons from the table, or the higher government fee for companies authorized to issue more than 50,000 shares, which adds US$800.

Your first year is included with incorporation. From year two onwards, your BVI company needs an annual renewal to stay in good standing, which covers the annual government fee involved (US$550), registered agent and registered office services, and the required filings we prepare and coordinate on your behalf. Our renewal packages start at US$1,499 per year for Basic, with Standard (US$1,999) adding the certificates banks frequently request and Premium (US$2,749) adding notarization and apostille. Whether a change is possible depends on how far your order has progressed, since some commitments are made on your behalf early in the process, such as government fees that have already been paid. We recommend paying your BVI company set up cost via bank transfer for the smoothest experience. We also accept debit and credit card payments for your convenience. Unfortunately, we do not currently accept cryptocurrency as a payment option. Once you're ready to proceed, we'll provide detailed payment instructions along with your invoice.

No. Our prices are published, fixed and the same for every client, so there is nothing to negotiate. The fairest comparison is our full package price against another provider's quote once its government fees, first-year agent and office, and certificates are added in.

The government fees are set by the BVI authorities, not by us, and are passed on at cost inside the package price.
