The annual compliance package applies from year two onwards. If you're transferring an existing BVI company to us, the compliance package applies immediately upon transfer.

The BVI annual fee due date depends on your company's incorporation month. Companies incorporated in the first half of the year (January–June) must pay the government by May 31st, while those incorporated in the second half (July–December) must pay by November 30th. To ensure timely processing, we request payment one month before your company's anniversary date. Missing the BVI company annual fee deadline results in penalties. Our compliance package includes proactive reminders so you never miss a due date.
