You'll need your Certificate of Incorporation, Register of Directors and Members, Memorandum and Articles of Association, and any amendments filed since incorporation. A release authorization from your current provider is also required. We'll walk you through everything.

Some providers charge a transfer-out or exit fee, and may require that any unpaid invoices are settled before releasing your corporate files. It's best to check your existing service agreement. Expanship's fee covers the full cost of onboarding your company.
