FAQ
Bahamas Company Formation Fees, Explained
Plain answers on Bahamas company setup costs, what each package covers and how to pay
Our Basic package ($1,375) covers all fundamentals for forming a Bahamas International Business Company: government fees paid to the Registrar General, Memorandum and Articles preparation, first-year registered agent and office services, statutory register filings, worldwide courier delivery of your corporate kit, and complimentary Airwallex account setup assistance. The Premium package ($2,499) builds on this with a company seal, original Certificate of Incorporation, Certificate of Incumbency, Certificate of Good Standing, plus notarization and apostille—all delivered within 3 days rather than 5. Enterprise pricing is customized for clients requiring complex structures, nominee services, or multi-jurisdictional coordination.
For straightforward IBC formations where you don't anticipate needing authenticated documents immediately—such as for holding investments or intellectual property—the Basic package provides everything legally required to establish your Bahamas company. If your plans involve opening corporate bank accounts, entering international contracts, or registering with platforms that require verified documentation, the Premium package delivers these certified documents upfront at a bundled rate. The Enterprise tier is designed for sophisticated arrangements: multi-layered holding structures, nominee arrangements, bespoke Articles, or coordinating formations across several jurisdictions simultaneously.
Beyond the Basic inclusions, Premium clients receive their Certificate of Incumbency, Certificate of Good Standing, and original incorporation certificate—all notarized and apostilled through the Bahamas Ministry of Foreign Affairs. These authenticated documents are routinely requested by financial institutions, trading partners, and regulatory bodies worldwide. Purchasing them as part of Premium saves you US$500 compared to ordering each document separately after your IBC is formed. You also benefit from expedited 3-day processing instead of the standard 5-day timeline.
No. The price shown is the price you pay. Each package is fully inclusive, and every cost is itemized upfront, so nothing is added later.
Upgrades and additional services can be requested at any point during your incorporation, depending on where we are in the process. Simply reach out to our team. Downgrades, however, aren't feasible once work has commenced—certain commitments like document preparation or government fees already paid cannot be reversed. We encourage you to select the package that aligns with your foreseeable requirements from the outset to ensure the smoothest experience.
Bank transfers are our preferred method as they typically process without complications. We also accommodate debit and credit card payments for added flexibility. Cryptocurrency payments are not currently supported. After confirming your order, you'll receive a detailed invoice with complete payment instructions for your chosen method.
We don't run promotional discounts. Our package prices are set competitively from the start and stay the same for every client.
Our own work: advice on the right structure, due diligence on every member, preparing and coordinating the incorporation paperwork, handling the incorporation on your behalf, and the first year of registered agent and registered office. The government fees are set by the Bahamas authorities, not by us, and are passed on at cost inside the package price.
