Frequently Asked Questions

Answers to the most common questions about Saint Kitts and Nevis compliance pricing and what our annual package covers

We designed a one-plan approach to eliminate guesswork. Every regulatory obligation your Saint Kitts and Nevis company faces — from the annual registration fee and CIT-101 tax return filing to beneficial ownership reporting and registered agent representation — is bundled into one flat annual rate. There are no add-ons to compare and no risk of accidentally leaving out a critical service.

For companies newly formed through Expanship, first-year compliance is already part of your incorporation package, so the annual plan activates from year two. If you are transferring an existing Saint Kitts and Nevis company to us, coverage begins the moment the transfer is finalized.

No. The price you see is the price you pay — government registration fees, CIT-101 preparation, registered agent and office services, and everything else listed are all covered. We are committed to straightforward pricing with no surprise invoices down the line.

Bank transfer is our preferred method and tends to be the most straightforward. We also accept debit and credit card payments. Cryptocurrency is not currently supported. After onboarding, you will receive a detailed invoice with all the necessary payment instructions.

Two dates matter most. First, your annual registration renewal is due on the anniversary of your company's incorporation, with a 30-day grace period before penalties apply. Second, the CIT-101 simplified tax return must be filed with the Inland Revenue Department by April 15 each year. Our compliance package includes proactive calendar tracking and reminders for both, so you are always ahead of schedule.

Late renewals attract government penalties that escalate over time — and prolonged non-payment can eventually lead to the company being struck off the register. That is exactly why our package includes a compliance calendar with advance reminders: we flag upcoming deadlines well before they arrive, giving you plenty of time to act.
