For entities incorporated through Expanship, compliance during the first year is part of your incorporation package. The standalone annual fee begins in year two. If you're transferring an existing Mauritius Authorised Company to us, the package takes effect as soon as the transfer is finalised.

The most critical date is 1 July each year, when your FSC licence renewal is due — missing it can result in penalties or licence suspension. The Registrar of Companies filing fee is due by 20 January annually.
