Frequently Asked Questions

Answers to common questions about Seychelles company compliance costs, deadlines, and what our package covers

Our package bundles every recurring obligation into a single annual fee—government licence renewal, registered agent and office, annual return filing, bi-annual accounting submissions, economic substance declarations (where applicable), beneficial ownership register maintenance, compliance reminders, and document management. One predictable price, no add-ons.

If you incorporate a new Seychelles company through Expanship, compliance for the first year is already bundled into your incorporation package. The annual compliance fee begins from the second year onward. For companies transferring to Expanship, the package takes effect from the date of transfer.

Yes. The price listed is the total you pay—there are no surprise fees, hidden surcharges, or unexpected add-ons. We price our services this way because we believe clear, upfront costs are the foundation of a lasting client relationship.

Bank transfer is our recommended payment method for a seamless experience. We also accept debit and credit card payments. Cryptocurrency is not currently supported. Detailed payment instructions are provided alongside your invoice once you're ready to proceed.

The government licence fee falls due on the anniversary of your company's incorporation date each year. Timely payment is critical—companies that remain unpaid beyond 180 days risk being struck off the register, and under the 2025 Amendment Act, a struck-off company is treated as dissolved immediately with no grace period. Our package includes proactive deadline reminders so nothing slips through the cracks.

Seychelles law requires that accounting records be delivered to the registered office twice a year: records for January–June are due by 31 July, and records for July–December are due by 31 January. Yes, coordinating these submissions is fully covered under our compliance package at no extra cost.
