Frequently Asked Questions

Common questions about Anguilla company compliance costs, renewal deadlines, and what our annual package covers

Our flat-rate package handles every recurring obligation your Anguilla company faces — government renewal fees, registered agent and office, beneficial ownership filings through CRES, economic substance declarations, deadline tracking, and secure document management. Rather than charging separately for each item, we bundle everything into a single predictable annual fee so you always know exactly what you're paying.

When you incorporate a new Anguilla company through Expanship, your first year of compliance is bundled into the incorporation fee at no extra charge. The standalone annual compliance package kicks in from year two. For companies being transferred to us from another provider, the package takes effect right away upon completing the transfer.

No. The price displayed is the total you'll pay each year — government fees, filings, and all administrative services are factored in. We don't layer on processing fees or surcharges after the fact. If your company's circumstances require something outside the standard scope, we'd discuss that with you upfront before any additional costs arise.

Bank transfer is our preferred method and typically the fastest to process. We also accept debit and credit card payments if that's more convenient for you. Cryptocurrency is not accepted at this time. Once your renewal is due, we'll send an invoice with clear payment instructions and a summary of everything covered.

Anguilla sets renewal deadlines based on the calendar quarter in which your company was originally incorporated — the fee is due by the last day of that same quarter each year. For example, a company formed in February would need to renew by March 31st annually. We track these dates for you and send reminders well in advance so there's no risk of missing the window.

Anguilla imposes escalating penalties for late renewals: an initial 10% surcharge on the government fee, rising to 50% if still outstanding after October 1st. Companies that remain unpaid by year-end face being struck off the registry entirely. Our compliance package includes proactive deadline management specifically to prevent this — we begin the renewal process early so your company stays in good standing without last-minute pressure.
